how to style a casual hoodie

Before I share my thoughts on how to style a casual hoodie. Let me just say that I am extremely thankful for every person, every opportunity, and every test that God has allowed to come my way.

“And we know [with great confidence] that God [who is deeply concerned about us] causes all things to work together [as a plan] for the good for those who love Him…” Romans 8:28

I may not always see the whole plan or understand what He wants to teach me in the midst of disappointment or frustration, BUT I can rest assure that He will have His way with every area of my life. I can’t stop singing the song by Bethel, Good, Good Father, because He is truly good and perfect in all of His ways. Even when I fail Him, myself or others (which I do every day), or my husband fails, or my friends fail, or my family fails, HE is still GOOD. It isn’t His nature to let us down. He ultimately wants us to confidently say that “He is good through it all, He has me, He is a man that can not lie, He is my God, His nature is goodness, His nature is kindness, His nature is gracious, His nature is protector.. He is who I want to please, He is who I want to glorify, He is who I can count on at all times.”

“If God brings you to it, He will bring you through it because He is good.” {preach, preacher}

About styling a casual hoodie, I’m loving the Laura in Ice Blue from Evy’s Tree. Evy’s Tree seriously  designs the comfiest and most versatile hoodies. You can totally wear this hoodie with jeans shorts and tennies or yoga pants and a tank. I opted to style it with a choker from Purple Peridot, baby doll top, ripped jeans and booties. And, I had the perfect boho bucket bag from Tignanello to complete the outfit. Check my Instagram throughout the weekend, I’ll be teaming with Tignanello to give one lucky lady this exact handbag.

I wanted to link my favorite jeans. Being a shorty, I have had the hardest time finding jeans that actually fit my frame. I seriously have returned numerous jeans from Norsdtrom, ASOS, and Rag and Bone because not one pair can even compare to how Express jeans fit. Trust me!!

I also wanted to share some of my favorite cognac booties that are are the perfect style and cut. I am sucker for Steve Madden because this brand is affordable and will last forever in my opinion.

I do thank you for stopping by my blog. I hope that you have a day filled with joy and peace. And, don’t forget to snag you a comfy, casual hoodie.
