Painting with a Twist

Is it already Monday?? The weekend flies by so quickly especially when you are passin’ a good time. Well, I am so excited to share with you another one of my favorite rompers, the Maggie May eyelet romper, from Fabulous Finds Boutique. The eyelet fabric and the ruffles are so perfectly feminine. I’ve worn it three times in the past two weeks because not only is it so cute, but it’s also super flattering too. You know how some rompers fit awkward {too tight in some areas or too loose in some areas}. I’ve loved pairing it with fun earrings to add a pop of color. You are in luck, because it is not sold out yet. YAY!!

Also, I’m super excited to share with you my bestie who has made my life more beautiful these past 9 years. We totally get each other to the core which is hard to find. We love and accept the good, the not so good, and the bad. I absolutely love that we don’t have crazy expectations in our head about how our friendship is suppose to look or to be because we both have a husband, four kids and wildness. And, I also adore that we are complete opposites and continue to laugh a lot at life and all of the quirkiness that we possess. She’s the best.

So, it was such a treat to be invited to attend a blogger event at a local art studio, Painting with a Twist , with my bestie, Ashley. This was my first experience and her second at this studio where you relax, paint and enjoy. It was a blast. We learned the history behind this franchise and met the owners who were the sweetest best of friends. I loved being able to connect with so many amazing, talented women and their besties. By the way, our paintings turned out decent looking. They instructed us step by step so it was super easy. Check near you for a Painting with a Twist . It would be a perfect girl’s night with some friends.

“Once in a while someone comes in your life and changes everything. They will cheer you up when you are down, laugh with you until your stomach and face begins to hurt, and make you feel at home when you are far away. No matter the distance……………. Soul Sisters.”

Here is Ashley and I when we attended the blogger bestie night at Painting with a Twist, and a few quotes describing our friendship:

“I like you because you  join in on my weirdness.”

“I may not be able to solve all of your problems, but I promise that you don’t have to face them alone.”

“Best friends are the people that you can do anything and nothing with and still have the best time.”
