So, Arizona has officially stolen my heart. I didn’t know what to really expect except for the intense heat and lots of cacti. Well, from day one, we were all in awe. From our lodging to the scenery to the food, it was all top notch. Jen would say that her favorite meal was In-N-Out, but Lindsey and I would beg to differ. Thankfully, we had this amazing Mazda SUV so we could tour Phoenix, Scottsdale, and even Joshua Tree. It was perfect for the three of us, fit all of extra luggage, and we still had enough room to feel comfortable. So, here is the list of my favorites from our trip and favorites from a few friends that I’ll save for my next visit.

Places to Lodge:
.
We started off the trip with an Airbnb just because I had to stay in another airstream. It was only minutes away from downtown Phoenix and minutes away from the airport.

Places to Lodge:
After a couple of nights, we headed to the Moxy Hotel in Tempe which was only 15 minutes from our first location. We stayed here for the remaining of our trip. What I loved about this hotel was not only the location, but I also loved the lobby which had a little mart, a bar, and lots of games for the entire family. My kids and husband would have spent so much time hanging out here. The hotel’s vibe was so cool and inviting. And, the rooms were modern and spacious. I’ll definitely be visiting again in the future.

Things to do:
.
Sedona is only about 45 minutes away {saving this for the next trip}. But, we decided to go on a little road trip to Joshua Tree which was roughly 4 hours away. The sunset and the pictures were worth the extra hours in the car. It was a day that I’ll never forget.

We didn’t have enough time in the day to do it all. Just driving through neighborhoods was a delight. Can’t wait to return and do some more exploring.

Hey Brittany,
All of my outfits are linked under my shop tab on my blog or in the Liketoknow.it app. You just have to search for “dashing darlin”.
