The honest truth is that anyone can rock a maxi dress. It is flattering on every body type regardless if you wear a size 2 or a size 14. Let me share just a few reasons why you should consider jumping on the maxi band wagon: comfort, effortless style, easily dressed up or down, affordable options, and classy. Have I convinced you yet??

When I saw this blush maxi, I seriously couldn’t resist. It was designed just for me. And, y’all, blush is still the “it” color for spring.

While on the subject of “honest truth”, I am currently reading  Uninvited by Lysa TerKeurst. I’m only on chapter 4, but I am loving it. Y’all, it is a must read. Whether we claim to be a Christian, mature, happy, or even successful, there are misalignments embedded in our souls. {p.s. Misalignments in our life occur due to the bumps in the road.}

God is Good. God is Good to Me. I can trust God to be God.

Life is not easy peasy just because we love God. The misalignments in our heart can come from the husband who didn’t consider your feelings, the marriage that didn’t survive, the kids who do not respect the house rules, the friend who didn’t have your back or the sickness that has hit your home. Regardless, God is still good despite tragedy or disappointments. It’s hard to believe this when life isn’t pretty, but the honest truth is He is still good. What consumes our thinking will be our making or breaking….. You are Loved and He is Good. This truth brings the proper alignment that we need.

Living Loved is sourced in our daily surrender to the One who made us.

This is just a few nuggets that stuck out to me. I’ll do another recap as I complete 4 more chapters.
