I hope that you had an awesome weekend. I’m still recouping from an extremely long yet wonderful weekend. The hubby and I started it off right with a one night hotel stay in New Orleans at Hotel Monteleone. We dined at a hip yet delicious restaurant called Shaya. I’m already wanting to visit this exquisite restaurant again.

I was excited to partner with Maggy London to share one of their newest designs. I was rockin’ this beautiful #LBD in NOLA, and I felt like a million bucks when I did. For reference, I am wearing a size 4 in this cold shoulder shift dress. It fits perfectly loose, and I love that it is lined. I also adore two more of Maggy London’s black dress designs: this fit and flare dress and this lace sheath dress.
While I’m on the subject of black dresses, my favorite local makeup artist, Ashley, is throwing a Black and White par-tayyy. Ashley Sievert Beauty is giving back by hosting her second charity event on August 13, 2016. This event will be honoring Louisiana resident, Sarah Conque and her miracle baby Nika. You won’t want to miss this special event that will include stunning decor, amazing food #nolastyle, great music by the Boogiemen and overwhelming support for a beautiful little girl named Nika. If you are in Louisiana and want to attend which I’m positive that you do, you can purchase tickets HERE.
Okay, I promise that this post is coming to an end. But, I have to share my clip in hair extensions from Irresistible Me. I am seriously smitten with the fullness and extra thickness that they add. I love the variety of widths that they have in each set, and I would highly recommend purchasing these clip ins if you struggle with thin hair like I do or if you just want some longer locks. I went with the 14 inch 100% natural Remy clip-in hair extensions. It is the perfect length in my opinion. Here is my before and after pictures. Isn’t the difference amazing?!?
