For the last 6+ years, the Amalfi Coast has been on my bucket list. And y’all, it did not disappoint!! The Amalfi Coast is a gorgeous coastline of towns in Southern Italy and is known as one of the most stunning coastlines in the world. There are 13 towns and villages on the Amalfi Coast: Amalfi, Atrani, Cetara, Conca de’ Marini, Furore, Maiori, Minori, Positano, Praiano, Ravello, Scala, Tramonti, and Vietri sul Mare.
We chose ahead of time which towns were a must on our list so that we would make the most of our six days. I booked just one place in Positano for our entire stay, and I am so happy that we did this.

TRAVEL DETAILS:
Before we left for our trip, I booked our train tickets from Rome to Naples with ItaliaRail, and and it was only a hour and a half. From there, we had our Airbnb host book us a private driver to pick us up at the station. And, it was another hour and a half to Positano. If you get motion sickness, I highly suggest to take some Dramamine. Here is the whatsapp number for our private driver, Alex, +33 333 908 1114. He was awesome!!
WHERE TO STAY:
Casa Nonna Luisa is the Airbnb that we stayed at in Positano. And, we LOVED it. Alessandro was the perfect host, and he offered to help me book and plan everything. He also gave us exact bus and ferry details when we were touring other towns. This was a huge help.
Here is another home option, Casa TEODORA, that is stunning and has a great view. We met the owners who were thee sweetest. They would be the perfect host for your stay in Positano. And if you want to splurge on a hotel experience that is closer to the beach and less stairs, I highly recommend, Hotel Palazzo Murat.
The hotel has a beautiful view of Positano, a gorgeous pool, a restaurant, and a lovely courtyard that has live music on certain nights.
