BODY TALK WITH OLLY
I can’t believe that I have a teenage daughter. Y’all, I can remember my teenage years like they were yesterday. Do you remember sleeping in on weekends until noon?? Do you remember taking naps in the car on the way to school?? Gosh, sleeping was a hobby in high school. I am watching my daughter go through the same life changes as I did at that age.

In order for her to be able to keep up with all of her activities and sports, we have been concentrating on teaching her how to properly fuel her body.
